Wednesday Evening Compline Worship
Following our weekly Wednesday Evening Bible Study during the months of September through May, we gather for Compline.† Compline (or Night Prayer) is one of four liturgies for daily prayer in Evangelical Lutheran Worship, to be used as the day and evening progresses.† Compline is a moving way to conclude the evening, just before bed.† Join us to seek God's blessing for today and for tomorrow.
Invitation to Baptism
Baptism is the doorway to our full life in Christ and in the Church. Through Baptism we are brought into the Body of Christ, the Church, and made children of God. In some Christian traditions it is normative to baptize infants or young children. In others, older children and adults make a mature affirmation of faith and are then baptized. Lutherans, like Roman Catholics, Episcopalians, and Orthodox Christians, have traditionally encouraged the baptism of infants and young children. At the same time, we welcome those whose understanding of baptism is centered on mature acceptance of Christ. If you are interested in being baptized or in having your child baptized, please contact our office, via email email@example.com or by telephone (847) 497-4569. We at Joyful Harvest would be honored to walk with you in this holy journey toward a deeper relationship with Christ.

Joyful Harvest wants to make
sure that the message of the love of Christ reaches everyone and so we are
heavily involved in bringing the Good News out into God's world. Through
outreach programs such as Operation Christmas Child, Bernie's Book Bank and

Women experiencing a struggle
with a past abortion can find support and healing through
the ministry of Surrendering the Secret. Post-abortive
women can speak, confidentially, with a ministry leader
who is also post-abortive and begin to find supportive
resources. There is also an opportunity to find God’s
freedom and redemption through an eight-week Bible study.
The study will journey with women to release this burden
and find freedom through ‘redemptive community’ while
experiencing hope and joy as shame and failure are
replaced with beauty.
To confidentially contact a post-abortive ministry leader, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
